Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Deyi Zhao, operating under the trade name Mythie NutriLogic. Contact: hello@mythienutrilogic.com.

2. What data we collect

When you sign up for the beta test, we collect only the information you give us through the form, plus minimal technical metadata. We do not collect any data about your cat that could identify you beyond the fields below.

We do not collect: payment data, government IDs, precise location, special-category data (health, religion, etc.), or data about other household members.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The sign-up form collects one consent that covers two purposes:

• Beta programme (required): to be contacted about your participation in the beta test.
• Launch offers (optional, indicated via a separate checkbox): to receive early-bird pricing and launch news.

You can withdraw either consent at any time without giving a reason — see Section 6.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with brands, retailers, or advertisers. We use one processor:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) — stores our beta-test contact list and sends our emails. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and stores data within the EU/EEA. Their policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

We may disclose data to public authorities if legally required (e.g., court order).

5. How long we keep your data & where it is stored

We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever comes first. After that we delete it, except minimal records we are legally required to keep (e.g., proof of consent).

All data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA (Brevo data centres). We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights at any time and free of charge:

• Access — ask us what data we hold about you (Art. 15).
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data (Art. 16).
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data (Art. 17).
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing (Art. 18).
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
• Object — object to processing (Art. 21).
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of past processing (Art. 7).

To exercise any right, email us at hello@mythienutrilogic.com. We respond within 30 days. To unsubscribe from emails, you can also use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we send.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first, but you may also approach:

• France — CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), cnil.fr.
• Germany — BfDI (Bundesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit) or your federal state's authority. bfdi.bund.de.
• Elsewhere in the EU/EEA — your national data protection authority.

8. Cookies & local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies or advertising cookies. It does not use Google Analytics or comparable tools at this beta stage.

When you submit the form, a copy of your submission is saved in your browser's local storage as a local backup. This stays on your device only, never leaves your browser, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered beta testers by email and update the date at the top.
